Package Protection

Package Protection gives you added peace of mind when your order's tracking shows it was delivered, but you did not receive the package.

If Package Protection was purchased with your order and tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, you may be eligible for one replacement under the terms below.

What Package Protection Covers

  • Tracking shows your package as delivered, but you did not receive it.
  • Package Protection covers one replacement, not a refund.

When You Can Submit a Claim

  • Claims may be submitted beginning 2 business days after tracking shows delivered. This allows time for packages that may have been marked delivered early by the carrier.
  • Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date shown by tracking.
