At Endless Love Gifts, every order is made with care and ships free. We’re here to help ensure it arrives safely and as expected. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and support your gift from start to delivery.
Production & Processing Times
All items are made to order, with a production time of 2–5 business days. Orders do not typically process on weekends (exceptions during peak seasons). If an item doesn’t pass quality checks, it will be remade at no cost, which may add 1–2 business days.
Shipping Transit Estimates
All items are shipped from the USA:

Shipping Responsibility
Once your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, it’s considered complete. To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend:

Note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Package Protection is available at checkout for added peace of mind.
Tracking & Delays
When your order enters production, a shipping label is created, but tracking may not update until the carrier scans the package. Shipping delays may occur, but we’re here to help. Reach us at support@endlesslovegifts.com if needed.
