If your item is damaged through normal use (not misuse), we will either remake or refund the item at our discretion.
To qualify, you must:

We Do Not Accept Returns or Refunds for:

Buyer's remorse or change of mind

Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Package Protection (Optional but Recommended)
We offer Package Protection for purchase as an add-on.
If purchased and your order is lost or stolen, we will remake your item free of charge.
If Package Protection is not purchased, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
