Because every gift we create is custom made to order, we do not accept returns.

If there’s an issue with your item, we encourage you to review our Refund & Warranty Policy and submit a claim within 30 days of delivery.

Once your warranty claim is reviewed and resolved, we’ll provide clear instructions on what to do with the item — whether it needs to be returned, recycled, or kept.
